No Refunds Policy
All sales at My Custom Jersey are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Because all of our jerseys are custom-made to order specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.
Why We Have a No-Refund Policy
Each product is uniquely customized based on your specifications — including name, number, size, and design. As a result, these items cannot be restocked or resold, which is why we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
Before You Order
We strongly encourage you to:
- Double-check all customization details (name, number, size, colors) before placing your order.
- Review our size guide carefully to ensure you select the correct size.
- Contact us with any questions before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive an item that is significantly different from what was ordered or arrives damaged due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement.
Note: This exception applies only to manufacturing defects or errors on our part — not to customer errors in the order details provided.
